Malaysia eVISA Fees and Processing Time

The term "eVisa Malaysia processing fee" refers to a charge that is required for processing Visa using a system. There are no hidden fees associated with eVisa processing.

The government fees for eVisa are determined by Malaysian Foreign Affairs, and the fees depend accordingly on your nationality, ranging from MYR 126.00 to MYR 145.00 approximately plus 4.40% transaction fee. Along with the eVisa processing service, fees vary based on the type and urgency of the visa.

• Regular - It's Processing Time 3 To 5 Working Days, and we charge MYR 200.00 , plus 4.40% transaction fee.
• Urgent – It's Processing Time 2 To 3 Working Days, and we charge MYR 300.00 , plus 4.40% transaction fee.

Malaysia eVisa Processing Time

A confirmation email of eVISA application approval was sent up to five (5) working days after payment and submission.

This 5-working-day processing applies only to working days and excludes weekends, public holidays, Malaysian holidays, and approved location event holidays. The Immigration Officials have only the authority to grant eVisa.

*The five (5) working days do not include unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as system maintenance downtime, Internet Service Provider (ISP) equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural disasters, or acts of war.

The eVisa application process can be conveniently completed online from anywhere in the world, eliminating the need for in-person visits or mailing documents. This not only enhances efficiency but also provides applicants with greater convenience and flexibility in obtaining their visa for Malaysia.
