Refund and Cancellation Policy

Key Malaysia will definitely not, under any kind of circumstances, give cash refunds for the early contract cancellation. If there is any query regarding your payment, you are advised to contact with us without further delay. If any payment is made at wrongly, we must refund the amount to the respective account.

  • The refund percentages are for the shelf rates mentioned and not for the amount paid; the refund percentages are applicable only if the complete shelf rates of the products are paid without any balance. Applicants would not be eligible for the refund percentage even if they fall in one of clause if they haven't paid the complete shelf rate mentioned.
  • If any amendment is noticed in Malaysia Immigration Policy after the submission of application, and if the client's profile is not eligible after the amendment, client agrees to either transfer to other opportunities without extra cost or will be eligible for a refund of 100%.
  • Key Malaysia has a zero tolerance policy for charge backs. Any sort of applicant that disputes a payment after getting the service or processing the application will certainly be blacklisted and disqualified from the use of our service
  • Company is not responsible for the delay caused by any limitation/restriction from Malaysia Immigration
  • Applicant agrees and realizes that, under the Malaysia Immigration Process, Applicants Visa approval is subjected to the decision of the concerned authorities, and Key Malaysia has no control on it.
  • Key Malaysia is not liable for refund of any fees/payments which have been paid to any other body like; Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, Embassy/Consulate/High Commission, local bodies etc.
  • The applicant agrees that the immigration process includes showing enough funds for the visit to Malaysia if applicable, the applicant undertakes to provide such requirement as required by the concerned immigration authorities, and failure to such shall not make Key Malaysia liable for any refund of the service charges or part thereof.
  • In case of the visa being rejected on the following grounds, no refund will be made.
    • If the applicant fails to attend the visa interview (if required). It will be at the own cost of the applicant.
    • If the applicant fails to provide the extra requirements, which was advised from Visa Authority to be submitted at a later stage.
    • If the applicants gives wrong information.
    • If the applicant submits fraudulent records.
  • Key Malaysia has the right to terminate its services without refund of service fee if the applicant:
    • If the applicant fails provide all documents within the specific time from the date of his/her application, which is normally within 1 month.
    • Tries to threat the name of Key Malaysia in what so ever manner, which tampers the business or reputation of Key Malaysia.
    • If applicant doesn't answer to the mails and call made by Key Malaysia for more than a month.
    • Backs out due to personal issues.
  • If your request for refund falls under the acceptable terms and conditions of Key Malaysia, and the service agreement, the time taken to process such a request would be 4/5 working days. Refund payments made will be issued generally the same way Key Malaysia received the fees.
  • Key Malaysia takes realistic actions to safeguard personal details (as defined under the Privacy Act) gathered by Key Malaysia from misuse and loss, and from unauthorized accessibility, modification or acknowledgment. Key Malaysia may utilize and disclose the Applicant’s details for the primary purpose for which it is accumulated, for reasonably anticipated secondary purpose which is associated with the main purpose and in other conditions authorized by the Privacy Act. In general, Key Malaysia will certainly disclose the Applicant’s personal information for the following reasons:
    • To conduct our business
    • To provide and market our services
    • If applicant doesn't answer to the mails and call made by Key Malaysia for more than a month.
    • To communicate with the Client
    • To comply with our legal obligations
    • To help us manage and improve our services
